Easy as 1-2-3...

Hey! Sorry I've been absent lately, I'm taking 4 online classes this summer and it's a major time suck!
Anyway, I have a fun low fat/ low cal recipe!
It's super super simple
It's called 3-2-1 cake!
What you need:
A box of cake mix (any kind will do)
A box of Angel Food Cake Mix
A mug or small glass bowl

This is what I used for mine:


1. Take the two cake mixes, the flavor you choose and the angel food, and dump them both into the same gallon zip lock bag. Mix them up in the bag, so that you can't see a difference in the two. You can keep this in your pantry for anytime you would like a sweet snack, it has multiple servings! We made 3 flavors at our house, strawberry, vanilla, and the triple chocolate for me!
2. Take 3 tablespoons of the mixture and put into your microwavable mug or glass.

3. Now add 2 tablespoons of water to this and stir it in really well! (At this point you can also add in a little extra flavor if desired. I added a couple raisinettes to mine for fun! You can probably add anything from nuts to marshmallows!)

4. Now put it in the microwave for 1 minute! When taking out of the microwave, be really careful, it will be pretty hot! 
You are all done! If you want, you can even put whip cream or fruit on top :)

It's a nice tasty treat if you don't want to go overboard on calories, but have a nagging sweet tooth!
It's super easy to remember as well, 3 tablespoons mix, 2 tablespoons of water, 1 minute in the microwave!

Here is what I calculated the nutrition facts to be on mine, so any mix will probably be around the same:
Calories: 97
Fats: 1 gram
Carbohydrates: 21 grams
Dietary Fiber: 0 grams
Protein: 2 grams
